What is the pleasure boat instruction?

The Pleasure Vessel Directive 94/25/EC is a regulation developed by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) to satisfy the freedom of pleasure of the pleasure boat in the EU market.

It is a regulation that has been developed for the main purpose of security. A number of harmonized standards have been refined under the pleasure boat command, and each harmonized standard corresponds to a class of products. When the manufacturer performs CE certification on certain products of the pleasure boat,

It is required to comply with the requirements of Directive 94/25/EC and the corresponding harmonized standards. The manufacturer's products are certified by a certification body (NB) authorized by the European Commission. If the requirements are met, the EC Declaration of Conformity can be obtained and

The CE mark is attached to the product - at this time, the manufacturer's product can be freely circulated in the EU market.
