The full name of 3C certification is "compulsory product certification system". It is a product conformity assessment system implemented by the Chinese government in accordance with the relevant WTO agreements and international rules in order to protect the safety of consumers, animals and plants, the environment and the national security in accordance with laws and regulations.

The 3C certification process of most products is: certification application → type test → initial factory inspection → evaluation and approval of certification results → supervision after certification. Frequency of supervision (annual review) after obtaining the certificate: it is generally once a year, and the category of toys is once half a year.

The current "CCC" certification marks are divided into four categories, namely:

1. CCC + s safety certification mark

2. CCC + EMC EMC certification mark

3. CCC + S & E safety and EMC certification mark

4. CCC + F fire certification standard

Each of the above four types of signs has five sizes

3C logo is usually pasted on the surface of the product or pressed on the product by molding. If you look carefully, you will find many oval "CCC" symbols. There is a random code behind each 3C sign, and each random code has its corresponding manufacturer and product. When issuing the mandatory product certification mark, the certification mark distribution management center has input the product corresponding to the code into the computer database, and consumers can query the code through the national quality certification center.
